Jayco Launches Customer Experience Software

Jayco, Inc., announces the launch of a new Customer Experience Software tool across all divisions, including Jayco, Entegra Coach, Highland Ridge and Starcraft. After months of data collection, the company has developed and tailored a custom dashboard for each dealership. The tool utilizes Qualtric Software to provide real-time customer experience data accessible anytime, anywhere.
Jayco's New JayPort™ System with Exclusive Blackstone® Griddles

Jayco announces the launch of the all-new patent pending JayPort™ system on select models of Jayco® towable RVs. Many of the Jayco towables will now come with an exclusive 17" single-zone or 22" dual-zone Blackstone® griddle mounted to easily affix to the JayPort and connect via LP quick connect on the door side of the RV for nearly effortless outdoor cooking and cleaning without the need to set up a table or utilize external gas bottles.
