MIDDLEBURY, IN. – Combining lightweight convenience and an array of options, including expandable models, the 2013 Jay Feather travel trailer has something to fit every customer’s need. The Jay Feather is light enough to be towed by minivans, crossovers, and most SUVs, yet remains large enough to offer a comfortable interior living space.   

Some enhancements for 2013 include two new décor colors, Truffle and Amaretto, updated decorative interior wall and ceiling panels, Diamond Flor® vinyl flooring, and upgraded carpeting. In the expandable models, the 2013 Jay Feather now has a 12V light fixture port added to tent ends, a new bead board insert in select overhead cabinets, and all models have a bath skylight for added lighting. Now standard is Glazed Concord Cherry cabinetry, wood-grain accent wall panels, 4-inch high-density reversible dinette cushions, and 6-inch high-density foam mattresses in select models. The kitchen of the 2013 Jay Feather features all the conveniences of home, as it offers a 3-burner range, 5 cu. ft. flush-mounted Norcold refrigerator, and a large 60/40 acrylic sink. 

Exterior upgrades boast a new slate grey paint infused fiberglass side walls, upgraded graphics, black trim, moldings, and fender, as well as a Magnum™ truss roof system and G20 dark tint windows. Exterior standards include TuffShell vacuum-bonded laminated sidewalls, amber patio lights with interior switch, stabilizer jacks with sand pads, and in the expandable models, permanently-attached tent-to-bed base design, and self-supporting lockable tent ends with 1,100-lb. capacity. 

The Jay Feather Ultra Lite offers the Customer Value Package, which includes a water heater bypass system, microwave, Marine-grade exterior speakers and AM/FM/DVD with MP3 and iPod hookups, dual 20-lb. propane bottles with regulator, and a spare tire with carrier.
