The Seneca HD and HG give consumers the power to choose

Jayco, Inc., has added the Seneca HG to its 2006 model year lineup. Built on the same Chevrolet Kodiak chassis as Jayco's highly successful diesel-powered Seneca HD, the new HG series is powered by a Vortec 8100MD 325-hp gas engine and will include essentially the same standard equipment and options as the HD model.

The powerful Chevrolet chassis features 19-1/2 inch Michelin tires, 5-speed automatic Allison 1000 series transmission with overdrive, factory air conditioning and cruise control, power windows and door locks, Anti-Lock Braking System, heated/remote mirrors and remote keyless entry.

Inside, the Seneca line boasts standards such as front entertainment center (including a 27-inch TV), luxurious motorhome seating, Jayco's renowned Tuff-Shell aluminum frame laminated sidewalls with high gloss fiberglass siding, a one-piece fiberglass roof, and front and rear molded fiberglass caps.

New equipment for 2006 includes slideout awning covers on all models, rugged Rotocast storage/baggage compartments, two wood cabinetry color choices (Manchester Oak and Concord Cherry), solid surface countertops, two interior color schemes (Embassy Stone and Imperial Onyx) and an Onan new energy command panel for generator power management.

Each Seneca motorhome is also equipped with a Customer Value Package, which contains leather driver and passenger seats, exterior entertainment center, back-up camera & monitor and a unique portable, outside propane gas barbecue grill, along with other convenience features.
