The management and staff of Jayco, Inc. recently commemorated the production of the company's 500,000th RV with a facility-wide celebration throughout its Idaho and Indiana operations.

Employees on all assembly lines took time off to hear from executives including Bertha Bontrager-Rhodes, chairperson emeritus, Wilbur Bontrager, chairman and CEO, Derald Bontrager, president and Jim Jacobs, vice president of sales & marketing. All employees were treated to a 500K commemorative gift and presented with a booklet explaining the values, goals and mission of the company.

The day was a real success. We were able to talk to all the members of our staff and encourage them to keep up the good work. Jayco now has more than 1500 employees. It is important that we make it clear to all of them the role they play in our success. Derald Bontrager said.
