MIDDLEBURY, Ind. – Part toy hauler, part fifth wheel and all luxury, the 2016 Jayco Seismic continues to redefine the toy hauler category. Introduced to the market in 2013, Seismic boasts extraordinary features and contemporary décor for a modern spin on the toy hauler. A top-of-the-line kitchen, a full-featured master suite and a state-of-the-art home theatre system make this toy hauler all luxury.
Seismic reinvents adventure in five full-profile floor plans. The newest addition, the 4250, a front-bath model, features one and a half baths, a new living room layout with a 50-inch pop-up TV and a fireplace, a 12-foot garage and an undercarriage LED light package with app control. The optional Quick Set ramp patio system and our exclusive patent-pending exterior Tailgater Camp Kitchen make the Seismic adventure-perfect for any fifth wheel enthusiast.
New exterior upgrades to the 2016 Seismic include an automotive two-tone painted front cap with blue LED lights and Jayco logo, heavy-duty 7,000-lb. axles with Super Lube hubs and self-adjusting brakes, aluminum quad front and rear entry steps and room for up to six batteries. New interior enhancements include a standard king-sized bed, a 15,000-BTU ducted WhisperQuiet dual air conditioner system and a touch-screen, multi-function remote that controls all slideout rooms, landing gear, awnings and living room ceiling lights. Among the new options are a 23 cu. ft. residential refrigerator with ice, water and 1,800-watt inverter, a stainless-steel dishwasher and an Extreme Weather Package that includes 110V heated holding tank pads and 12V wrapped/heated fresh water lines.
The Seismic Wave, a lower-profile version of the Seismic, answers the demand for a value-packed yet feature-filled crossover. Five floor plans range in length from 40 to 45 feet. Key standard features include stainless-steel appliances, a WhisperQuiet 15,000-BTU air conditioner, a 20-gallon/hour quick-recovery gas/electric auto-ignition water heater and a MOR/ryde CRE3000 rubber axle equalizer. New options include a 12 cu. ft. stainless-steel refrigerator, the 3.0 LCI six-point auto leveling system and a three-seasons removable garage wall in lieu of the pull-down screen.
For extended-season adventures, Seismic and Seismic Wave integrate the Jayco Climate Shield, the ultimate in weather protection. Designed for efficient heating and cooling, Climate Shield protects against extreme heat and extreme freezing, even when temperatures hit a high of 100° F or a low of 0° F. Optional thermal-pane frameless windows, WhisperQuiet 15,000-BTU air conditioners and the optional Extreme Weather Package add to this extended-season comfort. And because durability is a priority for the rugged Seismic, super craftsmanship starts at the top with the Jayco-exclusive Magnum Truss Roof System. In a side-by-side test, this advanced roof system proved to be 50 percent stronger than other industry roofs.
Seismic and Seismic Wave are backed by Jayco's two-year limited warranty — the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. This no-strings-attached warranty is not an extended dealer warranty; it's a manufacturer's warranty that comes from the people who build Jayco RVs. Each Jayco is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. It's one of the many ways Jayco provides peace of mind (and more fun) to its customers.
